Atty. Neil B. Lamban is a lawyer and public finance professional connected with the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) under the Department of Finance. Gilbert Gumabay is a former Regional Director of the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) under the Department of Finance and now serves as a consultant for various government projects. Widely respected in the field of local governance and public finance, he is recognized for his expertise in real property taxation, local fiscal administration, valuation, and government regulatory processes
Mary Daphne G. Bereciarte is a lawyer and real estate professional currently serving as the National President of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, Inc. (PAREB), the country’s largest organization of real estate practitioners. Recognized for her leadership in advancing professionalism, ethical practice, and industry development, she is widely respected for her expertise in real estate law, documentation, regulatory compliance, and brokerage practice.
