William Lee Floresta is a licensed Real Estate Consultant, Appraiser, and Broker (REC, REA, REB) and the 2017 National President of PAREB. As the CEO of 168 Haus Inc. and a faculty member at Golden Olympus College, he combines high-level leadership with hands-on education. He is widely recognized for his expertise in land titling, complex property documentation, and pioneering the use of AI in real estate marketing.
Mary Daphne G. Bereciarte is a lawyer and real estate professional currently serving as the National President of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, Inc. (PAREB), the country’s largest organization of real estate practitioners. Recognized for her leadership in advancing professionalism, ethical practice, and industry development, she is widely respected for her expertise in real estate law, documentation, regulatory compliance, and brokerage practice.
