Steps in renewing your Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Consultant License

STEP 1: Compile Certificates earned in CPD of at least 45 units.

STEP 2: Acquire a surety bond with the minimal premium (from P1,700-P1,800).

STEP 3: Go online application at PRC website PRC Online Application (pay P450)

STEP 4: Print the application form and have it notarized at PRC legal office 2nd floor of PICC or at any notary public office of your choice.

STEP 5: Go to PRC office you have chosen in the online application and submit CPD units together with the surety bond.

Note: If a professional realty practitioner has acquired 2 or more licenses in Real Estate Service Practice and is renewing at the same time, the required CPD units for additional profession is only 10 CPD units. Otherwise, 45 units for each profession shall be required since original CPD certificates are required to be submitted. 

Steps in renewing your Real Estate Salesperson Accreditation.

STEP 1: Choose a broker that you want to work with.

STEP 2: Compile Certificates earned in CPD of at least 12 units.

STEP 3: Go online application at PRC website PRC Online Application (pay P300)

STEP 4: Print the application form and have it signed by your broker .

STEP 5: Go to PRC office you have chosen in the online application and submit CPD units together with the printed application, which bears the signature of the broker and is notarized at PRC legal office 2nd floor of PICC or at any notary public office of your choice. The photocopy of your Broker’s ID must be presented.

Note: If a salesperson is not selling a project that requires registration with HLURB, the salesperson can renew license together with the broker schedule, which is every three years and the 30 units can be earned cumulatively.
